The Master List

This is it, the definitive master list of my works posted online. All links lead to a post where you'll find links to AO3, DW, and IJ. All stories are posted chronologically by posting, not by series (if it applies). Where applicable, I've included notes if it is part of a series. Any errors in this list or on the stories themselves (header, html sticking out, tags), let me know? One can miss things, it's why we have betas.

*This master list is as ever under construction which is to say that I will add new works as I have the time. It is complete as of June 3rd, but one does keep writing and so check back in, now and then, to catch up if you'd like.*

As of 3 June 2014, all entries are under construction: all entries include pairing, fandom, summary, and other misc. and inlcude links to where you can read the pieces. However, the headers are disorganized the further back you go so please bear with me as I update all of them.

*Fanworks statement: I am more than happy to have my works translated into other languages or have fanart made of them or pod fics made, etc. but please ask my permission first and make sure to list me as the original creator. It's only respectful, is all.*

So yes. It's been a busy weekend.

-Went to the bank Saturday morning to do the check thing for the woman who bought the scooter. Couldn't do a transfer yet because the money won't be available until Tuesday. I emailed her, but nothing yet. (Really hoping she hasn't thought I've bailed and stolen her money.)

-Went to breakfast/brunch after that. I got a regular breakie of eggs, toast, and homefries, but middle sister for an egg sandwich with mozzarella and a bagel and youngest sister got what was called a Polish breakfast (we went to a Polish restaurant). It involved kielbasa and babka bread--a huge slice of it (she couldn't eat it on top of the rest of the food so she took it home, cut it up into thirds, and froze it). All of it was very yummy. After we went to the food co-op and got a few things that we couldn't get at the farmer's market like olive oil (cheaper and yet better tasting than what I've found at the supermarket).

I curled my hair for fun for the day out and wore a bit of lipstick. I don't think my hair quite looked right, but it was awesome. Even if I kept getting distracted by all the bouncing-ness. After we got home, we watched some of the Marvel 'verse.

-Today we had another awesome breakfast of multi-grain pancakes and bananas. Got to the farmer's market early--but lucky us we did. Lines had already formed (one can't buy things until it opens officially, but food can be picked out) and when we left, there was about a mile long wait for parking space. I went bold again and wore not only a skirt, but a red lipstick in a shade close to something from WWII. (I stopped at the bank because I forgot to take out enough money for today and got a nice double take from a cutie!)

Stopped at the farm stand I liked--the one with the nummy tomatoes--and of course, the guy remembered me. That was nice. (I discovered recently that his farm is a CSA so that is something to consider.) I picked up some tomatoes, of course, but also lettuce, onion, snap peas, bell pepper, broccoli, parsley, and garlic scapes (think scallions, but garlic version and actually cut from the top of the garlic). Another place had a cucumber and raspberries and I got some blueberries from another stall. We, of course, had to get cannolies from the bakery we like and there was organic bread (tastes hearth made, nom). And finally, we bought a few scones and a brownie from the stall that supports the building who loans out their land to the market.

We came home to eat lunch (sandwiches made with the bread I got and some of the lettuce and tomatoes) and finish watching the Marvel movies. We stopped briefly in the marathon to have tea and sugar biscuits (think baking soda cinnamon rolls, but without the cinnamon). Casper is happy--he loves seeing my best friend (who brought us to the farmer's market and stayed for lunch and Marvel movies).

Tomorrow I (try) sleep in (because of course I haven't been, waking up at the normal wake up time as usual) and clean up the bits of things in the back yard for the inspection. Tuesday we might go to the big shopping place to go to Build a Bear and other things, but I do hope to stop into the very nice adult store up there (it is apparently possible to wear out the motor on a vibe, you guys). Sometime in the next few days, I've got to decide what to do with the veg I got (most of it I'll just eat, but the onion? Garlic scapes? Parsley? What to do, what to do...)

Vacations are awesome.

Okay. So, yes, I am going to get the kids their own lil' bears. Wondering which to get them so I'm wondering what you guys think.

Hey, look, a poll!

For Tony, he's getting a mini-Pepper. The choices are:

A1) Leopard
A2) Bunny

And for Steve, he's getting a mini-Bucky. The choices are:

B1) Golden Retriever
B2) Mini pug
B3) Playful pooch

If you'd like, this link has full pictures of the minis available from Build-a-Bear. If you see one there that might fit better, just let me know! I'll compile the results and share pics of which one when I get the minis.

Thanks guys!

More details of the adventures later, but here are pics from the last two days of the kids. The first was on Saturday, when we all went out to brunch (where there were a lot of 4th July specials, like Red White and Blue Waffles!). The second is from the place where the farmer's market is; they did some PR that day (kids especially love the bears) and you can see them here resting against a post.

For anyone joining me in the marvel marathon of doom:

Jul. 4th, 2014

random post

-I am on vacation as of 5 o'clock today! I will not be going back to work until the 10th...not entirely budget friendly, but MY MIND NEEDS A FREAKING BREAK. Okay? Okay. I am going out to brunch tomorrow with the sisters and to peruse some local shops and Sunday I am going to the farmer's market I like (where there will be delicious pastries that I will not feel guilty about eating...I hope...)

-Finally sold a Rascal Scooter my grandma had gotten my mum ages ago when my mum was way more overweight than she is now. Weirdest sale I think I've ever partaken in (and I say that as someone who used to work at Walmart), but hey, it won't be hanging around anymore. Exciting.

-Not so exciting: yesterday, we got a notice that on bloody Monday (during my fucking vacation--are these people psychic??) our apartment is going to be inspected. I know the place is clean and we are 2/3 less of a house due to events back in January, but I know these people. Judgements will be cast! Sneers implied in tones of voices! I'm trying to hold onto my zen, you guys. Trying trying trying.

-Other exciting news however! My grandma, in her infinite sense of being a grandparent is gifting us with half the sale of the scooter. *falls over dead* And it's not like we can just be like "no, you need it more grandma" (my grandpa was just in the hospital and my grandparents will likely owe something on it) because when your grandma gives you money to get things she knows you need (food! Don't get me wrong, we do have enough; it's just...hmm, lack of variety? It's been a lot of potatoes and pasta and sandwiches lately...we have vegetables, it's just drowned out by the former), you say 'thank you' and plot ways to get her back. We've already sketched out a rough outline of how to best use the money--obviously some for the hotel for the convention in November, a huge chunk toward food, some toward items we need in the house...

-And now a question for you! ...let me preface this with the statement that I get the feeling that I should be beyond the bear-vengers thing given I am going to be 27 in November; like, it doesn't bother me, but I feel other people would think "grow up already!". You know? So. Having said that...Build-a-Bear has these 'minis', bears for your bears. ...I kind of want to get bear-Steve and bear-Tony their own (a mini-Bucky and mini-Pepper respectively) with a little of the money I'm getting from the sale, but would that be...too much? I fret, I I going too far?? Help me flist! You're my only hope!

-And now I sleep. Got to get up early to do bank things for the crazy person buying the medical scooter (seriously, do not freaking ask) before going to brunch with the sisters. Will write a much longer post later, when I am not exhausted and have pics of the bear-vengers on their adventures with me.

P.S. About 3PM EST tomorrow, I will be marathoning Marvel movies, starting with Captain America. After (in this order:) will be Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, Avengers, Iron Man 3, and Thor 2. I have a Chatzy room for the sole purpose of watching Marvel movies with people so tomorrow before 3 I will post the link to the room for anyone who wants to join me at any point in the marathon.
